Roles and Responsibilities for SEO Manager:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Lead keyword research efforts to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate reports on SEO performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance with SEO standards.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and referral traffic.

Requirements for SEO Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in SEO or digital marketing are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices in SEO.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
